Many other local newsletters throughout the nation report their past local grievances/arbitrations that have been resolved (both won and lost). They are listed in such a manner that no names nor case numbers are referenced. Just the nature of the grievance/arbitration, and the resulting agreement.
ReplyDeleteRegardless of their application to future grievances, this information would be valuable to the membership.
Will this local newsletter do the same? If not, why not?
Thanks for your comment and suugestion, with which I am in agreement and hope to incorporate into future issues of the newsletter. If I am negligent in doing so, please remind me that it needs to be done; it is an idea that would serve the membership well.
